Bread - Arabic various

We have a friend that calls this crack-bread as it's so addictive! So watch out, you have been warned! 

This divine, soft white bread is based on Turkish Bread dough, and is topped with spices and herbs (such a good combo). Big Loaf Factory Bakery make this in a round loaf or as generous buns which are perfect lunch box size for hungry teens.
