This newbie is a soft coconut frangipane bar with a layer of house-made, mixed berry jam.  It's glazed and topped with flaked coconut and freeze-dried raspberries.

It keeps well for up to 5 days. Store overnight in the fridge and best served at room temperature for maximum flavour.

Goes well with your choice of morning brew!
