Paella is a fabulous dish to cook for two people or a crowd and in this class you'll be making an inland and a coastal version. Good ingredients are all important; you'll be well informed so you can create a stunning paella at home.
Pan con Tomate - tomato bread is another delicious and versatile Spanish staple, in class you'll serve with Jamon and a fantastic (truly believe me!) Gazpacho that you will have made!
Crema Catalana is the Spanish version of French Creme Brulee with a hint of orange and we'll give you all the important tips to make this as good as the real macoy! You'll also have fun with the blow torch making the crisp caramel layer on top of this creamy delight.
