- 3 hour one-on-one exclusive cooking class with Tracey Cotterell in the Matters of Taste Cooking School state of the art demonstration kitchen

- You cook a fantastic 3 course meal to take home (dependant on class chosen).

3 Hour cooking class one-on-one
Spend three hours of quality time in our beautiful kitchen where Tracey Cotterell (owner of Matters of Taste) will only have eyes for you! She’ll teach you what you want to know and skills you’d like to improve on. With over 30 years experience in the food industry and 14 years running the cooking school she has a wealth of knowledge to share and is a relatable and fun teacher. Oh, and we’ll cover the washing up too.
Your choice of what we cook
We have a huge range of class topics to choose from, so take a look on our website and pick one that inspires you. From French Bistro to Fresh and Fragrant Vietnamese all these classes include cooking skills and techniques as well as a superb range of recipes.
Depending on what you choose you could be cooking a three course meal for six people, Spanish tapas party for eight or a stunning towering Croquembouche!
Take it all home with you
Bring your esky, iceblocks and some containers and take what you have cooked home with you! Invite a great bunch of people around to your place and impress them with your creations.
This experience is $595.00. Bring a friend or family member and include them in the fun for only an additional $200.00.
