Making Silky Pasta


 

Soft silky sheets of pasta are a joy to behold, fun to make too.
The more you make the better you get, the quicker you are. 
Simple when you know how. 

During this action packed class you'll make pasta from scratch and learn the do's and don'ts. Making pasta by hand means you'll get to know when your dough is 'just right', something you can't experience from a book or the television!

Storage methods and care of your fresh pasta are explained and after all this,  there will be never ending varieties you can create with your new found know-how whenever you want.

Dishes in class include

Stunning Fettucini Nero which you'll serve with fresh snapper and lemon pressed olive oil (some say it's the best pasta dish they've ever tasted!)

 Strigoli Aglio Olio e Peperoncino; hand rolled pasta pieces with garlic, extra virgin olive oil and chilli
