The famous 'Pho' (pictured left) a fragrant soup brimming with rice noodles, tender beef, fresh herbs and crisp vegetables.
Very simple and utterly addictive fresh rice noodle rolls with fish and prawn filling, cooked in bamboo steamers. Witness the 'dancing' herbs as the hot sauce is poured over the finished dish.
Vietnamese Chicken on (the very popular) Coconut Rice with its seriously good Asian dressing, showcases the superb flavour balance of this cuisine.
