Croquembouche and Caramel


As well as making all the components to create a tower of loveliness (pictured left) including profiteroles, confectioners custard and chocolate topping you'll learn new skills whilst experiencing the art of cooking with sugar.

You'll learn so much in this technique based session.

Perfecting profiteroles (Choux pastry)
Creating creamy orange and white chocolate confectioners custard
Working with chocolate
Making toffee (and even spun sugar if you want!) 
Different stages of boiling sugar
