Terms and Conditions
To book and pay for our classes please use the book now buttons and pay from our secure site, contact us on 9319 1097 or email us on info@mattersoftaste.com.au
- Pay online with Visa, MasterCard or Debit Card
- Pay via Visa or Mastercard over the phone 9319 1097.
- Email us and give us your telephone contact number so we can call you and organise payment.
- Come into the store and pay by cash, credit or EFTPOS.
- Contact us for Direct Debit online banking details.
Class Terms and Conditions
We do have a strict policy on booking, transfers and cancellations to ensure our business runs efficiently. If administration costs are kept down so will our prices!
Payment
Full payment for individual and group bookings is required on booking to secure your place.
Transfer
A class can only be transferred or credited if more than 7 days notice is given. You will be subject to a $10 transfer fee when transferring a class.
If less than 7 days notice is given you are welcome to replace yourself with a friend! If we are in a position to be able to fill your place with another customer (no guarantee but we will try our best) you will be entitled to a credit voucher. If no replacement is found class will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
If you have missed a class for any reason and we have spaces in the next class we will contact you (it will be at short notice though) and ofer you a place. Otherwise we are happy to post out your recipes on receiving your mailing details.
Cancellations
We do not give refunds in cash; however a credit note will be issued. Credit Notes are valid for 12 months.
Class number requirements
We have the right to cancel a class if attendance doesn’t meet our requirements. You will be offered an alternate class or a refund.
BYO
All classes are BYO unless specified. You are responsible for serving your own alcohol.
We do ask you to consume conservatively in class.
Do not drink and drive.
Gift Voucher
Vouchers are issued with 12 months validity. The date is clearly marked on the bottom left hand side.
Vouchers are the recipients’ responsibility and we will not honour a voucher that is past the validity date.
Bookings need to be made within the 12 month validity period; please note, class booked can be attended after expiry date.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash (and no change given)
